Pineapple Meat Balls~

1 lb of burger
Crackers
Salt and Pepper
Milk
For those that like more spice you can add onions and peppers.

Part one- The sauce. Mix together in a large sauce pan the following ingredients:
1 can Pineapple Tidbits
1 Beef Bouillon cube
¼ c. Red Wine Vinegar
½ c. Green Pepper, diced
1 can Sliced Water Chestnuts
¾ c. White Sugar
2 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
½ Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Season Salt
2 Teaspoon Corn Starch to thicken with

Bring the sauce to a low boil, turn down to med-low heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes, add the corn starch to thicken. While the sauce is cooking make the meat balls. Place meat balls in a fry pan, cook on med-high heat until browned. Once the sauce has simmered add the meat balls and cook for another 5 minutes.

Serve over crunchy Chinese noodles or steamed rice.

This recipe is a family favorite and takes about 30 minutes to prepare.
